For this purpose, Satterfield Services International created the Physician Satisfaction App in order to understand the daily challenges that Physicians encounter. Each Physician will receive an encryption code for their healthcare facility.
Each day during a testing period physicians will spend less than 2 minutes answering an anonymous survey regarding their job satisfaction. The data from the surveys will be uploaded immediately to an online repository with Satterfield International. The data will be complied into a monthly report to the hospitals, healthcare organizations and healthcare providers.
